Here at Storm Composites, we want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a product, you can return it for a refund or exchange (subject to conditions).
Please note:
- You are responsible for covering the cost of returning unwanted materials to Storm Composites.
- If we sent you the incorrect product to what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return postage.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be granted for undamaged materials after an internal inspection.
Incorrectly ordered products:
- A 10% handling charge will apply to returns of products you ordered incorrectly.
- Products must be in a condition that we are able to re-sell on, for example protective wrappers intact, no damage to the products etc.
EU Distance Selling Directive:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
- The cancellation period ends 7 working days after the day you receive the goods.
- To cancel under these terms, contact us first and then return your unopened products within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
